watching the skythe cloud's reflection takes away all the depth it once had in the skywatching the sky

Haikuwrimo Oct'0710/01: first of october fall weather is together and lettin' us inHaikuwrimo Oct'07
10/02: the sky woke me up with red and orange this morn and it felt so good
10/03: there's green in that sky and there's black clouds movin' in with thunder next door
10/04: the frost gives us loss of a summer so so sweet and the birds cry, "tweet!"
10/05: it's one of those days everything's a shade of gray and stagnant and lame
10/06: machines are mean pushin' an' pullin' me off of the street

yellow and orange schemea yellow sheetyellow and orange scheme
of withered leaves, just a fading dream by the river stream and that sun so mean
cause it's threatening to leave maybe, if not, forever. when really i should see that sun smilin' on me and trust in the sea and the trees, and those people that seem to like me when an autumn leads to winter.
"Haiku Error Messages"
In Japan, Sony Vaio machines have replaced the impersonal and unhelpful Microsoft error messages with their own Japanese haiku poetry. Each only 17 syllables.
Windows NT crashed.
I am the Blue Screen of Death.
No one hears your screams.
A file that big?
It might be very useful.
But now it is gone.
The Web site you seek
Can not be located but
Countless more exist.
Chaos reigns within.
Reflect, repent, and reboot.
Order shall return.
ABORTED effort:
Close all that you have worked on.
You ask way too much.
Yesterday it worked.
Today it is not working.
Windows is like that.
First snow, then silence.
This thousand dollar screen dies
So beautifully.
With searching comes loss
And the presence of absence:
"My Novel" not found.
The Tao that is seen
Is not the true Tao, until
You bring fresh toner.
Stay the patient course
Of little worth is your ire
The network is down
A crash reduces
Your expensive computer
To a simple stone.
Three things are certain:
Death, taxes, and lost data.
Guess which has occurred.
You step in the stream,
But the water has moved on.
This page is not here.
Out of memory.
We wish to hold the whole sky,
But we never will.
Having been erased,
The document you're seeking
Must now be retyped.
Serious error.
All shortcuts have disappeared.
Screen. Mind. Both are blank.

Things need not have happened to be true. Tales and dreams are the shadow-truths that will endure when mere facts are dust and ashes, and forgot.
